  2. I like how you put the most important things in your life in the center of the court in a tiny circle, to make you look very closely, and you put the aspects in your life that aren't as important to you outside the circle.

  3. The symmetry in your self portrait played a big role in creating a stronger project. I thought it was cool how the most important things to you were in the middle and that not a lot of people know about you were also in the middle and then it expanded to things that people knew about you more.

  4. Rene I really loved talking to you about your project during the process. Things came out so great! I love the symmetry and balance the idea of putting everything on the court and the emphasis on the things that are important is really great!

  5. Rene I really liked how your art used more words. In a way if felt like it was more like the brainstorming sheet. I liked how yours had the basketball court and the words in it. It sort of made me feel like you were trying to say that all your feelings come out when you are on the court! Good Job!

  6. Rene I like the way you wrote out who you were and designed your portrait so as the viewer looked towards the center they could see the things that made you who you were. Also, the way you designed the basketball court and the ipod to frame the picture was a good touch.

  7. I really like the symmetry in your drawing. Whether intentional or not it created a cool effect and way for you to show off what's important to you. I loved the whole circle thing with things that are important to you and maybe things that are more what people notice about you. Good job!

  8. I really liked the symmetry of your drawing how the two basketball hoops balance each other out on both sides and how the picture of you and the flags balance each other out as well. Also i liked how the main background color was brown and it had the more general things about you and then in the center there was an emphasized red/pink dot that had the more personal things about you in it. It was a very cool idea and it really brought your eye to the center and had you get close so you could read what it said. Also how there were only a few parts that were white kind of made a boundary fir your eyes so you stayed within the area of where the things you drew were.

  9. i like the fact that you made the middle of the court stand out and you balanced out the picture so it looked like a court. I also enjoyed the color of the court because it made every thing else stand out. and the pictures you used were really good.

  10. I really like the symmetry even if it was not intentional of the whole court. And how you only used certain shapes in your project. I also really like how you stuck to the original project by writing words on your project!

  11. I really liked the way you unintentionally incorporated different properties of designs into your drawing. You used things such as symmetry contrast, placement and grouping in various parts of your portraits.I really enjoyed looking at the different aspects of your portrait

  12. I really like the symmetry even though it wasn't intentional. Also the basketball hoops really create a great boundry for the eyes. I also like how the backround is similar to the color of a basketball.

  13. Rene, I really liked how you made the center of the drawing into the shape of a basketball, and put the most important information about you in it. Also, how well your colors went together was very nice.
